Grab your hat...

Show me a wool fedora any day – especially one in a bright red hue and I'll snap it up. (Not before trying it on first though). This is exactly what happened when I came across this one in H&M, whilst browsing
(always the way) Ha!

Perfect for those flat hair/bad hair days, and for the drama that comes with this very unpredictable weather that we are currently experiencing. Grr! Seriously, Autumn aka Swinter is just, well a pain! Weather rant over.

So, back to this delightful, and somewhat loud hat...I love it! Here I've styled it with my favourite red suede heels (courtesy of a  very special someone. *Wink*), my beloved ripped knee skinnies (an old pair from Warehouse, I ripped the holes), and an old fave from my kimono collection. Here are the results....

Shout out to my bro Bird_boy for taking these snaps!

How are you dressing for Swinter?

These Streets will make you feel brand new...

I love a good bit of street art! The appeal? The unpredictability, the creativity, the grittiness...and when done well, it really can reach out and er, touch your soul if you know what I mean?
So when my friend Daniel (who happens to also be an amazing photographer), told me about a tunnel that he had recently discovered, packed with the coolest graffiti, well we had to go and check it out and of course dress for the occasion.

The results...

Keeping it cut out

So, last night I went for ribs, cocktails and the rest with a group of friends. We kept it local and headed to Wimbledon. As I write this post, I am still feeling super full as boy were those ribs hugeeeee!!

As it is definitely time to dig out (or buy) lots of knitwear, I wore a checked printed jumper and teamed it with my latest crush- cut out, wet look leggings.

These leggings are from a brand called An Outfit. I snapped these up last week (blog post will be up about this event soon). With the weather the way it is at the moment, it really is all about layering. So I also wore my leather jacket and a faux fur gilet.

(Excuse the scary look of my eyes in this pic) lol!
Outfit
Jumper- Primark,  Faux fur jacket- Sugar and style
Leather jacket, Warehouse, Leggings- An Outfit, Boots, Zara, Bag, Zara

Are you a fan of my leggings?

On another note, I have my eye on a few winter coats, jumper and lots of other I-need-now pieces!

I need to write a list.

Have you started your A/W shopping yet?

These boots are made for walking

Yesterday on the tube on my way back from meeting friends for lunch, I noticed the HOTTEST pair of boots that were on the feet of a girl sat right opposite me. Now I will confess I did find myself staring at these boots so hard that I think I made the poor girl feel uncomfortable. (opps) So in a bid not to come across as an odd -ball I politely asked her where she bought the beautiful boots from. I also apologised for my dribbling and starring and explained my addiction to beautiful footwear!! Luckily she understood as she had the same problem. We then spent the next few stops discussing fashion and shoes and she quite liked the shoes I had on; purple heeled brogues.

So where were her boots from? Zara and she had only just bought these bad boys last week, so I thanked her and jumped off the tube and headed straight to Zara. This worked out nicely as I have been meaning to pop into Zara for the past 2 weeks as I wanted to view the AW12 collection as I’ve seen photos of SO many lust-haves. As well as successfully managing to find these boots in the Zara store I also came across many other yummy pieces (blog to follow).

These are the boots that drove me wild aka the boots that the girl on the tube had on her feet!

Studded ankle boots, £119 (also available in Black)

Feeling hot hot hot

I am REALLY, REALLY enjoying the sunshine!!!!!!!!! I am trying not to listen to all the talk about the sun disappearing on Friday.

At the moment I am a little obsessed  with my Celliana hair chain that I blogged about here.  I think its deffo great to wear when the sun is shinning. In the photo below I am wearing it with  a playsuit that I bought from the concession ZACK when they were in Topshop ummm yearssssssssssssss ago!!! I think it was back in 2008??  I remember paying about £20 for two as I also have the multi coloured version.

I teamed this playsuit with tan studded flat sandals( but you can not see them in this picture) and then swapped my sandals later for my yellow Zara  heeled sandals  that I blogged about  Here for after work drinkies

I am a big fan of clashing so although my sandals were yellow I opted for a purple/pink croc clutch bag that matched my lippy. The fab clutch is by a lovely accessory brand called Etui. They are a concession based in Topshop Oxford Circus and also in Topshop White city. They sell the most stunning bags. I will do a blog  post about their products later as they have kindly sent me some products .

Let me know  What do you think of my outfit?

Enjoy the sun!!!! xxx

Zara Beauties

'Your room is like a mini Topshop’ are the words echoed by my sister to describe the state of my room, which is a slight exaggeration, actually a huge exaggeration!! What I will say though is that I am so loving sorting it out, well I am attempting too which is proving to be stressful and exciting at the same time.  Stressful as I will admit I do have lots of bits that I no longer need and exciting as I am 'finding' lots of nice items that I  had forgotten about or purchased. Take these yellow beauties from Zara that I 'found' the other day, in a box in my dvd cupboard ( who knows that they were doing there) But look without even trying to work that out, I am rejoicing in this  great ‘find ‘and  I am itching to wear them before the sun disappears. As they are suede and we all know how suede and rain are a bad combination.

Look out for my post on here of me rocking these yellow beauties

Hidden Treasure

So  a few weeks ago whilst searching for a bag in my wardrobe  I  found a pair of shoes that I bought from Zara, way back in January and  I had some how forgotten about them! There they were in a small box  (in a  zara bag) starring at me, I will admit for a minute I paused to think what could be in the box as I couldn't remember, but let me tell you once I opened the box I screamed like a kid in a candy store!! I  then found myself jumping for joy as I SO love these shoes and can not believveeeee that I had just dumped them in  bag and left them in the hand bag section in my wardrobe. (Yes I have a hand bag section)

So with that said.. here are the beauties.... colour block platform sandals from Zara,

Oh and another thing, the receipt was also in the bag and it seems I only paid £12.99 for these shoes... the best thing?? they were originally £79.99, ohh I love me a BARGAIN!!!!!!!
