... And it was all Yellow

So I have realised I have been a little quiet on the blog front * slaps wrists* but boy have I been busy trying to make it happen!! As my sister always says "no one said chasing your dream would be easy" and she is right. For those that do not follow me on twitter etc I am currently on the job hunt as well as working on HOS, freelancing and socialising (work hard, play hard?!), I have been a busy bee!! BUT I am back and be warned, I have LOTS to write about :).

The 'tough' thing about job hunting is that it REALLY does take a lot long time, it’s actually like job BUT it has to be done and I am positive that I will find the right permanent job soon!! :)

How was your weekend most importantly, how lovely was it that the sun decided to come out to play. Good timing too as on Saturday it was (one of) my BF's engagement party. The venue was AHH-MAZING!! It was in a castle in SW London, yes really!

The Castle
The evening was just soo much fun, since I have known my friend since we were 3 years old, some of the guests in attendance were from back in the day. I also was asked to say a few words, so I did and boy was I nervous lol! But I think I pulled it off.

I had been dying to wear my neon beauty from China doll since I got it last month at the event I blogged about here and as the sun was shining I thought why not.  Funnily enough my friend wore a yellow (well more of mustard) lace dress and at one point her husband-to-be was rocking a yellow jumper. Ha- yellow was definitely the colour of the day. I teamed my dress with a pair of cobalt blue studded heels that I 'found' in my shoe cupboard and a pink popping pout. As it was still a little chilly, my fave faux fur coat aka the 'bumble bee' added a chic approach to my look.

What do you think of my outfit?

Outfit: Shoes: Miss Selfridge, Dress: China doll boutique, Coat: Roksanda Ilincic,  Glasses:Primark. Bag:Topshop.
